Broadband download speeds are dependant on a number of factors including how far you live from your local BT telephone exchange, line quality, network contention, wiring and hardware used.
Local and National calls are those made to telephone numbers starting with 01 and 02. They exclude calls to mobiles, premium rate numbers and other chargeable services.
Weekend is classified as calls started after 00:00 Saturday and completed before 23:59 Sunday.
Complete call history includes all calls made during an invoiced period, including number dialled, duration and cost per call.
